I purchsed land in 1994 through a GPA.
One of the 2 exec utanta of the GPA filed a suit in 2000 stating that his thumb impression was forged.
Our advocate did not attend the court on the hearing date.
The judge passed judgment declaring the sale null and void.
Can I file an I.A. now, after a time gap of 15 years?
