Please Clarify :
1) What is the time period for an exparte (DIVORCE AND MAINTAINANCE) judgement to come into existance ?(in a case where Wife is a petetioner with a child )
2) Can the Judgement order given in a district court be available in only that particular court ? or Can it be collected in else where like any other district courts or high courts in the state ?
