I filed a Civil Case on the owner of the building for not accepted Pagadi Rent after my father death aim the plaintiff staying since last 25 years.
The Building Owner has not appeared in the court and now the case is in my favor X PARTY. The court is asking for evidence from my Advocate.
But my advocate has applied for Exhibit 5. And is waiting for its approval.
Is this proper I told my advocate to produce the affidavit evidence to the court but he is since last 2 months waiting for Exhibit 5 approvals.
IS THIS PROPER ?
