Execution of will

Dear Sir

I have more than one property in my name and wish to make out property specific regestered will

as I wish to make one of the will condition wlll as the benificiary is spendthrift and i do not trust that the property will be available to the benificaries children

the other reason being that the benificiary is ahabitual litigany and may prevent my other children from inheiring their share

please advise if two different will can be made

one for the benificiary stated above and other for rest of my property for the other benificiaries

thanking you in anticipation

You can make one will specifing the appropriation of your property among your children and registered it if you so desire. it is sufficient. As per me 2 wills are not advisable.

Agreeig with Mr. Shirish Pawar....

You can also explore prespective of settlement deed with life rights for you....
