Execution of arbitration award

what is fee to which an advocate is entitled in an execution petition filed basing on the arbitration award? i) When the advocate fee is specified in the award ii) when it is not specified in the award

To decide fee is mutual understanding of party.

When it is not mentioned in the agrement then  as per mutual understanding fees can be paid.

Thank you Mr.Bharat for the reply. I am sorry to inform you that my question is about the fee chargeble by an advocate in the execution proceedings of the Award but not the fee payable to the arbitrator in the arbitration proceedings.

still I welcome answer to my question
