I took vrs from VSNL on march 2004.Now I am getting pension from govt of India . In this year Govt has inreoduce a formula to calculate our pension and thus Bank of Baroda deducting excess pension reovery of pension and without any intimation they were paying me 2602 out of 5605, and in the month sept,2014 no pension were given, and thus I find your site and see the post of Anil Gorai. I forwarded E-Mail to the addressess , Mr Gorai mentioned , but I did not received any reply during a month and I saw there C. Lakshminarayanan Education Officer (Retired), post where he mentioned regarding the judgement of Chennai High court but the judgement was not there and he sent that to Sri Anil Gorai's mail .
As my case is same with Mr Gorai I request the forum that if it is possible to contact Sri C.Lakshminarayanan by any member and request him to sen the copy to me via E-Mail( acharya61@gmail.com) I shall be much greatfull and try further to get my pension .
