What will happen if one of prosecution witness who was complainant also (Food Inspector in PFA) died after framing of charge and accused have not got any opportunity to cross-examine the complainant, It is important to mention here that accused had cross examined him before the framing of charge. Will his testinomy be reliable in the case if accused has not got opportunity to exmine him after the framing charge.
His statements recorded before charge will be read? If not , then, what is the citation ?
