4. Court has ordered for evacuation.
Questions are,
1. How long does the procedure take to evacuate premises.[ it happens only through court, court will lock the premises and then hand over key to owner is what the advocate is telling] as it has been over 2 years that the case is been on.
2. Rent has not been recieved for a period of more than 2 years, as rent advance has already been paid back, what will be the procedure to get back rent arrears from the court?
