Please advice on the case below,
Party A (Landlord) has obtained eviction notice against Psrty B (tenant) few months back. Party A died recently leaving no information to his family.
Is there a way to get the eviction notice from court again ? how to get it. Is there any alternative for it.
How to vacate the tenant from the property post getting the eviction notice.
Pls suggest.
