I am having a tenant for last 34 years.
He has not paid rent since march 1993. Rent was rs. 300/-. He has not deposited the rent to any court also. Now i want to evict him. I stay in west bengal. We do not have any rent agreement. Also he has made a new building about 1.5 kms from my property. His new propery is vaccant and is of commertial as well as residential property.
What should i do. Please help me.
