Esi on site labour

sir

 

we carry out temporary erection works at various parts of india.our Hqrs is chennai.We have very few permanent staff for whom we recover ESI regularly.In respect of non skilled staff, we recruit at site. once our work completed, we move out from the site.In respect of non skilled staff we cover them under workman compensation insurance and no esi is being recovered from them.is our action is allowed under ESI act.
