i got an error in a gift deed of a flat in building of 6 floor constructed in 2006. but it was wrongly mentioned in deed. it is showing 4 floor and construction year 1984. how can i rectify this error and what will be charges?

Error can be made up by doing Rectification deed, for this Donor should be available for this. For stamp duty charges you have to check with concerned Registration office.
