Epf withdrawal application rejected twice

My EPF application has been rejected twice in KR Puram EPF office. E-mail address of that office is bouncing back, and phone lines are always busy/unanswered. Normally a rejection letter is sent explaining the reason - last time I did not receive that and do not want to wait for month for that letter this time.

I am not in a position to visit EPF office in person. Looking for a legal expert service  to find out the reason, escalate via legal process if needed, and follow up to closure of withdrawal.

Thanks for any suggestion/recommentation.

The rejection letter should have been contained  a number date  and summary of  reason for the rejection

quoting the number you may send a registered letter and wait for the answer.if you dint ger a reply within a reasonable

time you may proceed legal action
