EPF Withdrawal

Is it true?? I have a saving account in Oriental Bank of Commerce and the bank doesn't print the customer's name on the check, even account number is not printed. I was told by the Employer that if I don't have a check where my name is not printed on the check then I can not withdraw my PF. 1.Is it true? 2.Is the OBC check really not valid? 3.What are the available options ( legal as well) for me, if I want to get the PF amount credited in OBC account only? Thank you.
