I have let out my shop to a tenant who refused to vacate.I filed a case in Poonamallee sub court and was decreed.He went for appeal to Dist court ,and here also my case was decreed.
Now,I have filed an EP in Poonamallee sub court.He is filing a counter now.Kindly,let me knw the process frm here on and the time it takes for getting EP order.
