Enhancement in interim maintenance

Dear Experts,

If earlier order of interim maintenance is challenged by husband in high court & is pending in high court, can wife apply for enhancement of interim maintenance in family court?

If there is a stay on the maintenance of the lower court by the highcourt then she cant apply for enhancement of the same and vice versa.
