My property acquired as per NATIONAL HIGHWAYS ACT, 1956 for widening National Highways.
But compensation is much less than the market value. I have filed an appeal before Arbitrator and allowed 10% hike. Aggrived by this I have filed an appeal before District court against the order of the Arbitrator.
My questions :
1.Can I get Soatium as in the case of LA Act in the light of the order of Madras High court in Chakrapani's case.(my property is situated in Kerala)
2.Interest on enhanced compensation will be calculated from the date of taking possession @9% - What is the date of taking possession - date of notification or date of dispossession?
