Employer Sending legal notice forTDS recovery after FnF done

Hello sir I resigned in April,18 and served 1 month notice period, resignation accepted but after few days company sent termination letter and FnF was paid on 28-may-18, Now company is calling and asking for recovery of TDS money which was submitted to IT by company in June or july-18, also threatening me to repay TDS amount to company or they will take legal action, I want to ask whether I can file complaint against company for mental harassment?? Why I have to repay TDS to company which is submitted to IT by company.. Please help
