I worked in Barbrik Project Limited from 5Jan19 to 20Feb19. They didn't provide me any appointment letter. Only an offer letter was provided through mail.I have cleared all the dues with company and resigned properly while leaving the company. Now they are not responding to my phone call and emails. My balance salary is not being released by the company.
First preserve all such evidence on your employment, and issue a registered notice through an advocate. If the amount is substantial contact an advocate, and if it is few thousands, ignore it, as it may not worth following up for meager benefits. I am surprised by the content of clearing all dues to a company within less than one month of working. The salary at the maximum may amount for 20 days in the month of Feb 2019.
