Currently working with a HR Consulting firm, its been over a month now my employer has not paid salary for the month of May 2013. Have been asking so many times they didnt pay most of the employees yet for May month. After so many reminders, request the response is there will be delay but not with any confirmed date as such.
But my employer has been hrining these days without paying salaries of existing employees. Kindly suggest me what sould I do at this point of time. Need you sugesstions.

Employee can approach as per the eligibility o/o Labor Commissioner, Inspector Under State Shops and Establsihments Act, Inspector UNder Payment of Wages Act, Civil Court......................
Employee should be smart enought to put the feet on the tail......................................
There are threads to suggest that employees have lodged criminal complaints under section 406, 420…………………
Probably such employees know that other routes are lengthy and not sure.
And that unpaid wages can be claimed as debt on employer, e.g;
