You have given a very long rope to this employer.

Such employers are unworthy of being employed with.

You may submit final notice to good offices of appointing authority, MD, Chairman, Company Secretary……………………..narrate all representation made so far mentioning dates, names of company personnel……………………………..and conclude that you have been clamoring to get your unpaid wages……………………………………….however you have reached the stage of acute financial crisis, due to non payment of your wages……………………………………and in such a situation notice/pay looses its sanctity and should be waived/written off from the clauses of appointment letter issued to you………………………………..and hint that you shall be constrained to approach authorities…………………….

Act as ap, firm up your next venture and approach lawful authority, thru your lawyer…….

There are many threads on similar queries.

You may go thru these and proceed under expert advice of your lawyer, before the employer applies for closure or bankruptcy.
