Employer has not paid my wages

Iam a doctor practicing as aesthetian in v3 slim care ... I dint have any offer letter or any attendence or payslip . the owner had paid me three or four times through neft and two times through cheque which has bounced, three months before. Now for the month of November she has to pay me for which she didn't do it till now. I am prepared to legally sue her what will be my next move.

You must be a very tuccha doctor indeed who can't even pronounce his speciality and worked on terms such that even a doggy will poop.

Yes you can use it. If anything is due towards you have every right to recover it. You may file a recovery suit and if you have a contract then you may also proceed under order 37

The owner may try to confuse between Contract for Service , Contract of Service and decline employer-employee relationship.

If your work was like that of regular employee ( Doctor) you can succeed.

The bounced cheque and attendance record, work done etc can be of support to get outstanding payments from owners.
