Hello, I would like to ask for help to know the legal possibilities that my employer denying my experience certificate and relieving letter after working for 15 years in the company. Now, I resigned giving a one-month notice period, which the manager says insufficient and need to give 2-month notice period. This is a private company in Kerala. I got a job offer from abroad and should join there. An experience certificate is mandatory to joint new position as I have only worked in this company. Is that legally valid to deny an employee the experience certificate?
