Employability

Respectable Sir/Madam

An FIR was filed against me in June, 2012 (13 months ago). Afterwards, police or court hasn't contacted me at all so far. No form of oral or written communication. Now, I have got a job. The company will do background verification. Will it affect my employability ? Will I be terminated from my job ?
