Eligible for gratuity

Hello,

I joined the company 24-Sept-2014 and i resign the organization on 10-June-2019.

When i check my HR team they told i am not eligble to Graduvity for the above period .

, I worked on this period one of IT sofware organization Bangalore .

As per law ThePaymentofGratuityAct1972.pdf act i am eligible to Graduvity i completed 4years 8 months 15 days ,Still Hr team says i am not eligible .

Please let meknow what action should i take ? how should i procedure next ?

5 years contnuous period of service is manadatory to become eligible for gratuity. So you are not eligible as rightly communicated by H R Team.
