Dear sir,
I am a member of society which is registered under slum rehabilitation act in south mumbai.
Slum rehabilitation authority has send us a notice that we are ineligible under slum rehabilitation act to get the flat allotment as my room is on the first floor!
I am having all the documents such as Rent receipt (Prior to 1995), Electricity Bill , Ration card, Voters list (Prior to 1995).
As per SRA all the above documents are clear and OK but the only problem is I am having my room in a chawl is on the first floor and hence i am not eligible to get the flat under SRA scheme.
I want to know whether I am ineligible to get the flat as i am living in a first floor??? if yes , is there any ulternate solutions??
