One of my neighbour indulging in illegal activities and reating nuisance mostly resides at Rajasthan. He has his name in jaipur election roll ( copy obtained thru RTI) and same person has registerd his name in Mumbai too. After lot of follow up election officer of our area has deleted his name. But inspite of giving him fool proof evidence they have not taken any cognisasnce of same and no action has been taken for registreinghis name in two voters list in two diffferent states. How to make election department move as per law and what r the laws on this. Pl. help.
