i am a central govt. officer . can Madhya pradesh election commission appoint me as presiding officer in municipal election? I know that Election commission of india has such power but do the State election commission also have such juridiction? since i have been appointed as P.O> in municipal election, what remedies do i have?

Under EL there are some officers who does not fall under the control of the Election commission, but you being Govt servant and if posted in Madhya Pradesh, you can be appointed as presiding officer.
