Educational loan

Sir, I have borrowed educational loan of Rs, 3 lakhs. In the half way I stopped EMI halfway, due to some problems with the branch relates the interest subsidy allowed by GOVT in 2009. In 2015 they filed os against me in Sub Court. in 2015. In the meantime the bankers came to OTS and settled for Rs.75000/- I got NO DUE CERTIFICATE. In 2021 April the case was dismissed for non appearance of Bankers. Now in 2022 The Reliance people requesting the court to reopening the case and sent notice in this regard. I am having NO DUE CERTIFICATE issued by the bank in 2019. Now what i have to do. Please advice me what to do. I request all learned lawyers to help me.
