me and my sister has taken education loan from SBI same branch. i have already started repayment of my loan. for my sister only once disbursement has been taken from bank. now when we went to bank for the second disbursement the bank is denying the same as my dad is co applicant for both of us. both the education loan has been sanction in same branch and also operated by same saving a/c. we had informed bank during enquiry that we have taken my education loan of 390000 (no security needed) from bank. but now the bank is asking for collateral security as the sum of both education loan is above 4 lacs and above 4 lacs security or third party guarrantee is needed. as the disbursement is required urgently. and bank haven,t informed the same before sanction of loan. we are in trouble how to pay my sisters education fee..pls help
