Clarify do you intend opening a consultancy for domestic universities or foreign and also clarify what would be the constitution of your business viz will it be a proprietary or a partnership or a compny

Whom you intend to offer your services ? Those who want to open educational institutions ? or to those who intend to learn ? Besides being MBA what is your back ground in Administration/Management of Educational Institutions ?  Pl. do not misunderstand, I have retired from an educational institution after 35 years of service after holding class one post in administration,  and hence I  think you first decided these before hand to avoid hardship.-Best of luck, after all it is a noble job.
