E-mail to Judge

Hello everyone,

May i know if local public is allowed to email judge about a complaint in reference to administrative process within court ? Is it legal or not ? Can someone shed me light on the guidelines under which judges operate ? Written complaint is always what court prefers but i want to know if they are also allowed to be contacted via e-mail. I know that if a case is on-going then anyone even a lawyer is not allowed to contact judge in-person. But what if the complaint is not case related or it is about fresh matter which is in reference to the problem regarding administrative procedure in court itself.

here you can submit your complaint to the concerned registrar about the administrative problem because he who looks all the complaint and you should not complain to judge and if the email is there with you or contact the enquiry department for the process to submit the complaint if they provide you the email then you can submit
