Dear Member ,
our seperation has more than 2 year (aprx 2013 march) , she filled complain 498a 323, 504 3/4 dv in 30 december 2014, mediation is going on but there is .1 % chance to sucess, sowhat i do becoz our fir is filled in police station and there is no action taking .
and she aalso filled dv sec12 in 9 feb 2015 , i dont recv any summon for dv act , but today my wife advocate asking for ex party .. so there is any rule if summon is not served to accused , the case decided to ex party..??
Please help??
