Also, how about court fees. Do I need to pay court fees in Partition Suit

Dear Soniaji,

No. PARTITION SUIT’s have no time bar, as far as I know.

Yes, you will have to pay Court fees.

The Court fees will be calculated on the value of your share of the property.

Example:

If the property is worth 1 crore & your share is 25 lakh. Then the court fee will be a % of 25 lakh.
