Duplicate document and sign

sir, Registrar of cooperative society consider our representation and favored us for audit of pending books of account of society and appointed auditor. Unfortunately the registrar has been transferred to other unit and a new registrar changed the our statement with duplicate sign.[ our] and favored the builder . What can we do for this please advise us.
