As is regular practice builder has taken advance rental for maintenance. We have now formed a co-operative society to take over from the builder but the dues from builder have not been taken over by society. The society is demanding maintenance though payment has been made in advance to the builder.
Builder being a strong fellow is arm twisting the management and they are now frightened not to go against him
What action can be taken by a member against the society in this case
