due to Apex court order stay vacated automatically the effect of pending case in hc

in a complaint case summoning order is challenging in hc and stay is granted due to Apex court order stay lapse and lower court proceed the case be issued . stay extension isn't possible due to pendency of case in hc what is the status or effect of pending case in hc under sec 482 crpc
