Dual employment

Hi

I had dual employment my first company found me for dual employment and send the mail to other company. Second company terminated me now I'm working with my first company. Around 2 months back these happened and same time I put the resignation in first company but they didn't accept my resignation. They are not realizing me what is best solution.

Possible Solutions Formal Resignation Again: If your first company didn’t accept your initial resignation, consider submitting a fresh resignation with a clear notice period.

Keep written records of all communication. Legal Consultation: Since dual employment can be a sensitive issue under Indian labor laws, consulting a labor lawyer could help clarify your rights and obligations.

Exit Negotiation: Try to initiate a respectful dialogue with HR or your reporting manager to negotiate a smooth exit. Explain your situation and express your intent to move forward professionally.

Employment Contract Review: Revisit your employment contract to understand clauses related to resignation, notice period, and dual employment. This can guide your next steps.
