My father was purchase one DTP land (5.5 cents) at 1985 in Tamilnadu,coimbatore, vellakinar village. Total cover land is 80 sites and each sites is 5.5 cents. All sites was purchase by public in 1985. After some years, this whole land acquisition (taken) by Tamil nadu housing board in 1994.
Till date , there is no house construction by public people and also there is no construction by tamilnadu housing board in acquisition land . In situation revenu dept.also given the Patta to my father land and house plan approved given by town panchayat to my father land - ie acquisitions land. In mean time, at presently housing board has one plan decides for acquisition land is sale to public. Their plan has to made layout for public i.e sales to public. So please kindly give the answer for following question.
1.This acquisition is how to possible for DTP land?
2.Whether I starts house construction or not against approved plan.
3.We are confused above the land - please clarify above question and any other additional legal suggestion for above land.
