Drt chennai order delays for more than year

Hi All,

I am an auction purchaser of a property in Chennai. The borrower has moved to DRT against the bank 2 years back after the sale certificate is issued and registered. After 1 year of unwantend posted delays and leaves, there was a hearing from both parties for 3 times and the judge has dismissed the claims of the borrower (which were really baselss) and resereved the case for order. it has been more than 15 months and the judge has not passed the order yet. We are hopelessly waiting and waiting but it is not happening. Bank and our lawyer says that this judge is doing this intentionlly for many cases. No body is able to do anything legally further.

What are my options now to get the order? DRT is supposed to be quick in resolving disputes and 15+ months for passing order for a small matter is a long time.

When i urge the bank to move to HC, they are saying it might affect the outcome of the order from DRT. Iss it true?

Why do we have officers doing such things in such a reputed postion?
