double registration of plot

sir I purchased a plot no 41with registered in 2006.again plot 41 purchased another in 2011. who is responsible for this, doubts are 1. purchase of 2nd person 2. registration officer 3. owner of plot 2nd time seller

Dear querist,

 

Person who sold plot second time will be responsible.

May approach Sub register office for cancellation of second sale deed and file police complain.
