Donation demand by co operative society

If society is housing society limited then u give transfer fee only and if the society is service society then u give donation, but both amount not collect by society without any resolution, and for which purpose they collect donation?    

Thank you for your reply. Its a co-op housing society. I need to check with society office about the purpose of taking donation. Can you refuse to give NOC for my loan application? 

U give a checque for transfer fee or donation to society and take a resolution copy for donation and further give application in society for give NOC to you.
