1. If she is working in a Society (Association formed by several flat owners) then they issue ID Card to all domestic helpers / Workers coming to Society flats for domestic help. A copy of such ID card issued by the Association is in Association File as well as antecedent check of domestic helpers are with Police. Get those from respective offices and produce before Magistrate is one way.

2. If you say she is domestic helper then you must be aware which all flats / homes she goes to work. Take their addresses and produce them in Court and call them one by one as witness is two.

3.
If you have money / time then hire on letter head detective services and ask him to provide pics with time/date stamp of her visiting homes for domestic help and can be used as secondary evidence.

4. If you have less money compared to para 3 then talk to one of your friend having family and request them to take in neighborhood short term period rented accommodation and based on knowledge of homes she visits they should contact those home owners for 'domestic help' services of your wife for their rented home. If your wife needs more work then she will definitely come to your married couple friends home to provide domestic help. Once she comes to their homes they can take pic. with time / date stamp and Xerox copy of her ID card and then vacate the rented home and come as reliable witnesses for your case is yet another way to prove she is domestic helper.

However behind all these exercises just think if what ever she earns is enough for her vs. your income?
