Domestic Incidence Report- very vague in DV case

Wife has fired the DV gun on me & my parents to extract money & our residence. But as the act goes, there should be DIR from Protection Officer-- "Form-1". My bitter half has filled all the columns in Form-1 herself & PO has casually countersigned it. Mad to harass me to the hell, lovely-half has left some important columns blank in the form:

1) Name of domestic household

2) Date, time & place of incidences

Also, PO has not done any effort to find the truth about happening of 'Domestic violence', nothing on record.

Lady has failed to attach any proof to support her allegations in the column meant for it.

My questions are:

1) How & at what stage of hearing these loopholes may help my side, if at all?

2) Is it a significant catch; or the judge merely passes on these mistakes as minor? Or PO/wife may be asked by judge to fill the blanks now?

3) Will it help if my lawyer insists for summoning PO for cross?

File your objections and an application that case it self is not maintainable because proper procedure is not followed.  If your appliction rejects then approach the high court. It is good case for you.

Thanx a TON 4 replies.

One thing more, this case is 5 month old now, interim decided in my favour within 1 month time, inspite of all these points not raised in cosideration. Judge has given 2 long dates after announcing interim verdict. Girl side has submitted revision in Session Court, its date is also far away.

Next date is 19-03-11 for main DV case at CJM Court. Can the action suggested by u still may be taken? In this hearing only?
