please advise if I'm eligible to buy agriculture land at two places mantioned, 1. Near Pune, Maharashtra and 2. Near Rajkot, Gujarat based on below conditions.
my father's name appears in a 4000sq ft agriculture plot 7/12 extract in a small town near Rajkot. His name is one of the 9 owners (all family members) mentioned in 7/12 extract of that agriculture plot.
i want to know if I'm eligible as farmer and can I buy agriculture land in Gujarat ?
based on this 7/12 extract of Gujarat state, can i purchase agriculture land near Pune? if yes, please advise on such documents needed to purchase/register agriculture land? can i use this 7/12 extracdt which is in gujarati language in maharashtra?
