Documents needed for ab from abroad

I am trying to seek AB from Abroad.

Do the Vakalathnama has to be exact size and colour?????????

Or if it is A4 paper size and white colour still be valid with notarised and attested at embassy??????????

I am also aware that has to notarised and attested in Embassy.

Experts please advice
