I am Sachin V Abraham,There is a property of 1.44 Cents which is documented in my Grandmas name in the year 1966.My grandma passesd away and the property is in the possesion with my Fathers Elder Brother since 1977 They have a House too in that property.They were 6 members out of that 3 is alive now.
My Question is am I elible to file a siut to get my share out of it.

All 6 are eligible,if the person is dead there son Or wife can claim ..

Thank you,One more question .Out of this 6 2 are daughters and their marriage happened before 1989,Is they are still eligible to get the share.?
