hi we are married for 3 years and our marriage does not have any kind of physical relation ship for what ever reason,
now if i ask the court to cancel my marriage, will i need to give half of my property to her??
can some one tell me differences between Divorce and Cacelling of marriage.

Its not cancellatiion of marriage but annulment.For annulment U have to submit and prove specific reasons.Divorce also U can file a petitiion for non consumation for the past three years.What are the reasons for the same,can U elaborate?
