Divorce under mutual or ex-parties

I am married with a foreigner in Delhi Jan 2010 in Arya Smajh Mandir and after marrying me she left India after few month and she came back to India in April 2011 and left may 2011 and now we both are living separately since June 2011 and now we both wanna get divorce, she don't wanna come India anymore for divorce and she is requesting me to get divorce fastest way i can, because she is planning to married again in her country. Please guide me by which way we can get divorce easily and fast. 1. Is it possible to get divorce with mutual consent with POA. 2. What is Ex-parties Divorce and its procedure. 3. Any other Fast way to get divorce as she is not willing to come India anymore.
