Divorce under cruelty

Can under cruelty, divorce can be sought from the court under which section please explain? Wife and husband is separated from each other November 2013

if you are hindu and your marriage is solemnised under hindu marriage act then you can file your divorce on the ground of cruelty u/s 13(1)(i-a) of HMA .
